These terms cover how you may use the Keepsika website (this site) and the content on it. Ordering, payment, and delivery are handled separately when we start a project together — those are covered in the project agreement we send with your quote.
Who we are
Keepsika ("we", "us", "our") is a print and craft shop based in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. This site is our showcase and inquiry channel — not an online store. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What we own
Everything you see on this site — the writing, illustrations, product photography, layout, code, invitation templates, and any downloadable files — is the intellectual property of Keepsika, protected under the Philippines' Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293) and international copyright treaties. All rights are reserved unless we've explicitly said otherwise.
Keepsika™ and the Keepsika origami-bird logo are trademarks we claim as identifying marks of our shop. Do not use them for your own business, on products you sell, or in any way that could suggest we made or endorsed something we did not.
A short list of things included in "our content":
- All copy, headings, and taglines on this site.
- Product photos we've taken of Keepsika work.
- The Keepsika brand name, logo, colors, and visual identity.
- The Aurora and Azure digital invitation templates (code, layout, decorative art).
- The site's design and code as a whole.
What you can do
- Browse the site, share links to it, and screenshot it for personal reference or a review.
- Message us through any of the channels listed on our Contact section.
- Submit our inquiry form to start a project.
- Quote short passages of our copy in a review or blog post, with attribution and a link back to keepsika.com.
What you can't do
Without our written permission, please don't:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our text, photography, or templates on your own site, social account, or product.
- Sell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of our content.
- Reverse-engineer our invitation templates and pass them off as your own designs.
- Use the Keepsika name or logo on merchandise, advertising, or a business you run.
- Scrape the site or its embedded content in bulk (including for AI training) without our consent.
- Access parts of the site that aren't publicly linked, or attempt to bypass our security.
Content you send us
When you submit information through the inquiry form (or send us references, briefs, photos, and notes by any other channel), you keep ownership of what you send. You grant Keepsika a limited, non-exclusive license to store, review, and use that material for the specific purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if it becomes a project, for designing and delivering your order.
If we later use a finished piece we made for you in our portfolio or on social media, it's because your project agreement allowed it. You can always ask us to remove identifying details (names, dates) from portfolio uses — email keepsikaph@gmail.com.
Third-party content on this site
Parts of this site embed content from third parties — Google Fonts (typography), Facebook (post reviews), and TikTok (video reels). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We link to real reviews from our clients' Facebook posts with attribution; those clients retain the copyright to their own words. If you're one of those clients and want your post removed, let us know and we'll take it down.
Logos and marks of our consignment partners (the shops, cafes, hotels, and venues that carry Keepsika pieces) remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on this site represents a factual stocking or business relationship, not an endorsement of Keepsika's other products or services. Each partner is listed with their permission and can request removal at any time by emailing keepsikaph@gmail.com; we take listings down within seven days of a valid request.
Links to other sites
We link out to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and other pages when it helps you find something. We don't control what's on the other side of those links and aren't responsible for their content or their practices.
The site is provided as-is
We do our best to keep this site accurate, current, and available, but we don't promise it will be perfect, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Turnaround times, pricing bands, and product descriptions can change; the most current word is what we quote you when you actually inquire. Nothing on this site is a legally binding offer until we send you a signed quote.
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Keepsika is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute related to this site or these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Laguna.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop grows (for example, when we add an ordering system, we'll add order-specific terms). When we make a change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, if the change is significant, we'll post a notice on our social pages.
