Keepsika ("we", "us", "our") is a print and craft shop based in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. This policy explains what personal information we collect through keepsika.com (this website), why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and the rights you have over it under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who is responsible for your data
Keepsika is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) for the data collected through this site. If you have any privacy questions or requests, message us at keepsikaph@gmail.com or through our Facebook page at /keepsikaph.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us intentionally and a small amount of technical data automatically:
- Inquiry form data. When you submit our inquiry form, we receive your name, your preferred contact channel and handle (email, phone, Messenger, or IG), what product line you're interested in, your event date, quantity, budget range, and any references or notes you choose to share. This form is powered by Google Forms; responses are stored in Google's servers under our Google account.
- Direct messages. If you message us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or via email, we keep the conversation on those platforms.
- Technical data from embedded content. This site loads content from Google Fonts, Facebook (post embeds), and TikTok (video embeds). When those load, your browser shares its IP address and browser type with those providers according to their own privacy policies. We do not receive that data ourselves.
- What we do not collect. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry with a real quote and timeline.
- To confirm your order details before we go to press or ship a package.
- To follow up if we need clarification, or to send you your finished digital piece.
How long we keep it
Active inquiries and ongoing projects are kept for as long as we're working together, plus one year after the last correspondence, so we can respond to warranty or reprint requests. After that, we delete or anonymize the record. If you tell us at any point that you'd like your data removed sooner, we'll do it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data. We share it only with these service providers, strictly for the purpose of running the shop:
- Google — hosts our inquiry form responses and our internal email (Gmail).
- Facebook (Meta), Instagram (Meta), TikTok — if you message us there, they store the conversation on their platforms.
- Couriers — J&T, Lalamove, or whichever shipping partner we use for your order. They only receive the details needed to deliver your package (name, address, phone).
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you.
- Access, correct, or update your data.
- Object to how we process it.
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to reasonable retention for finished orders).
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you believe we've mishandled your information.
To exercise any of these rights, email keepsikaph@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We'll reply within seven business days.
How we keep it safe
Form responses live in our Google account, protected by password and two-factor authentication. Direct messages stay on their respective platforms. We do not store your data on any personal device or unsecured drive. Only the shop owner and, when necessary, our printing/binding assistants have access to your order details.
Children
Keepsika is a shop for events and personal projects — we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without parental involvement. If you believe a minor has submitted the form without a guardian's consent, please let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant (for example, if we start using analytics or add an ordering system), we'll also post a notice on our social pages.
